Terms of Service
Last System Revision Matrix: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Runtime Framework Context
By interacting with, accessing, deploying local multi-tenant instances, or validating credentials on this BusinessPal enterprise resource planning framework (hereafter referred to as the "Service", "Platform", or "Huchi Network"), you explicitly verify your programmatic agreement with these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these legal parameters, you are unauthorized to pass operational inputs, execute resource queries, or store data structures across our application routing layers.
2. Structural Role & Core Liability Protections
The Platform functions strictly as an architectural multi-tenant communication, processing, and rendering matrix. We facilitate self-managed corporate workflows spanning accounting ledgers, logistics management, freight workflows, client management tools, and specialized business optimization modules.
CRUCIAL LEGAL BOUNDARY: The Huchi Network functions solely as the foundational technology provider. BusinessPal does not own, audit, guarantee, manipulate, or assume legal liability for any transaction data, inventory logs, currency calculations, financial compliance reporting, or business operations managed by individual tenant accounts. All internal enterprise settings, employee control configurations, financial inputs, and third-party interactions are solely your responsibility and executed entirely at your own operational risk.
3. Data Validation & Offline Cache Execution
The framework leverages modern multi-layered storage engines, utilizing background service workers and IndexedDB caches (`app_cache`) to optimize application availability over weak, fluctuating, or non-existent network links. While our underlying synchronization modules strive to prevent data drift or transactional concurrency conflicts, you understand and acknowledge that offline data representations may lag behind actual global live database matrices.
The Platform explicitly disclaims liability for any operational disruptions, financial discrepancies, price computation mismatches, or omitted report logs that occur due to localized device storage limitations, unexpected hardware execution interruptions, or expired state caching layers on your local node.
4. Tenant Data Ownership & Resource Ingestion
Users and tenant organizations retain absolute structural ownership of all materials, databases, and financial indices uploaded to the system registry. However, by broadcasting text parameters, transaction histories, or inventory nodes through our input modules, you grant the Service a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, permanent, global, royalty-free operational license to host, render, parse, index, compress, and run analytical queries on those assets strictly for the performance of your account environment.
You are strictly barred from utilizing platform workspaces to deploy:
- Fraudulent asset entries, intentionally falsified financial ledgers, or records associated with illicit operations.
- Malicious execution software payloads, cross-site script vector components, backdoors, or code intended to disrupt multi-tenant framework stability or break tenant isolation boundaries.
- Automated scrapers or denial-of-service loops designed to exhaust underlying server cluster capacity.
5. Indemnification & Maximum Liability Limit
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable regional legal statutes, the Service, its parent entities, developers, and distribution contributors shall never be liable for direct, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of corporate profits, balance sheet shortfalls, capital vector shrinkage, goodwill reputation metrics, operational downtimes, or physical hardware failures stemming from configuration errors or runtime interactions with individual platform modules.
